About the spot

Darëzezë is an open sandy beach near Fier with a locally documented kite operation. Unlike a sheltered lagoon, the sea side responds directly to wind and swell: chop, wind waves and shorebreak are possible. Calm enough conditions can support supervised tuition.

Confirm the actual meeting point and school operation before travelling. A long beach does not replace a briefing on currents, swimming areas and clear launch space. Stronger surf requires controlled waterstarts and a return through breaking waves; this open coast is unsuitable for learning alone.
