About the spot

Rinia lies north of Durrës and is KiteEra Albania’s main teaching area. Shallow water beside the sandy shore supports first rides, freeriding and skills practice in suitable wind. The mobile school chooses its daily position according to wind and water level rather than treating every coastal section alike.

Summer thermals can strengthen the breeze; stronger southerly weather systems require a different assessment. Shallows and banks change, so check foil clearance and jumping depth. Confirm the meeting point beforehand and keep away from swimmers and sensitive shoreline habitat.
