Pomorie’s sea-facing sandy shore is an open Black Sea venue with chop and wind waves. Northern sections may be less crowded, while the town beach is busy in summer. Suitable wind and clear line space must be assessed at the actual entry.

This listing explicitly excludes protected Lake Pomorie behind the spit. The Ramsar information sheet records watersports conflicts within the reserve. On the sea side, respect swimming zones, leave room for other users and ride stronger surf only with appropriate experience.
