About the spot

Shkorpilovtsi has a long open sandy beach south of Varna. The local campsite explicitly lists kitesurfing among its watersports. Wind waves and, in stronger weather, demanding surf form offshore; a large beach does not automatically mean flat water.

Check the actual kite section and separation from swimmers with local operators. The long research pier is a fixed obstacle and must remain outside your riding and line space. Use established paths around dunes and neighbouring protected habitat. Beginners need suitable conditions and supervision; experienced riders need a clear return corridor.
