About the spot

Harmani, Sozopol’s southern town beach, faces easterly winds. Small to larger wind waves reach the sand, with smoother water between them. The shallower shoreline leads into open sea rather than an enclosed beginner basin.

July and August bring heavy beach use, while narrower ends further reduce space. Kite access depends on a clear, locally confirmed launch. Experienced riders must handle shorebreak and avoid swimmers. Lessons are better arranged through an explicitly separated, supervised section in the area.
