About the spot

Boiensdorfer Werder offers sheltered shallow water for lessons, freeriding and practising transitions. Westerly through northeasterly winds reach the spot, with flat water and short chop rather than open-sea surf.

The kite area is right of the boat moorings, with windsurfing to the left. Ask the local kite school about the zoning. The lagoon can become extremely shallow: check riding and jumping depth and avoid reeds and swimmers.
