About the spot

Bernau-Felden has restricted kite access on the southern shore. Kiting is prohibited during swimming operations. Rig towards the back of the beach, leaving its front for launches and landings.

Local rules require reliable upwind ability; this is not an independent beginner venue. Arrange a launch helper, valid ability evidence and liability cover under club rules. Respect shipping and conservation areas; do not practise kite flying on land.
