Dangast lies on southern Jade Bay. Its designated kite area is tidal; the marker approximately identifies the zone offshore. Legal permission does not create usable riding water when the tide is out.

Check local sports access and separation from swimmers before rigging. Channels and soft mud can complicate the walk to and from water. Obtain a briefing and leave margin for changing depth and a controlled landing.
