About the spot

Dierhagen’s seaward beach offers Baltic waves without the groynes common elsewhere. In west through northeast winds, competent riders can gain surf experience; stronger wind increases wave size and the difficulty of returning.

The published kite section is between beach entrances 23 and 24. Keep other bathing areas clear. This profile covers only the Baltic side; beach permission does not imply unrestricted kiting on the neighbouring Saaler Bodden.
