Wulfener Hals has shallow water and extensive watersports facilities, but kite access is time-restricted: the published spot profile prohibits kiting from April through October between 10:00 and 18:00. Windsurf facilities therefore do not imply unrestricted kite access.

Check current centre rules even outside that window. Very low water, stones and busy watersports activity require clear launch and riding separation. Flat water does not make nearshore jumping appropriate.
