About the spot

Utersum accesses Föhr’s western tidal shore. Suitable water levels provide shallow freeriding, while ebb moves the waterline far out. Wind and tide determine the actually usable area.

Confirm the current corridor with the centre before rigging. Avoid swimming areas, dunes and protected flats. Depth and return route must suit the tide; lessons and independent riders share the permitted launch area.
