About the spot

This spot lies on Poel’s western shore at the watersports centre, separate from the main bathing beach. Broad shallows support supervised learning and freeriding in suitable conditions. Westerly weather can produce chop and small waves.

Access is normally through the campsite after checking in. The harbour, swimming areas and centre entrance serve different uses: neighbouring open sand is not an additional kite zone. Confirm launch procedures and depth, especially on busy days.
