About the spot

Suhrendorf lies on western Ummanz facing Hiddensee. Extensive shallows offer supervised learning and freeriding in southwest through north winds. Kite and windsurf schools and camping facilities are beside the spot.

Riding is confined to the marked watersports zone; surrounding Bodden waters belong to a sensitive national park. Access is through campsite reception with a day ticket. Avoid jumps and foils in insufficient depth and share the designated launch areas carefully.
