About the spot

Thiessow’s western main spot lies between Klein Zicker and the village where the Bodden opens towards the Baltic. Southwest wind brings small to moderate waves into the bay. Camping and watersports schools provide convenient access and local guidance.

Respect separate kite and windsurf sections and rig only in designated areas. This profile covers the western main spot, not every east-facing Mönchgut beach. Strong wind and difficult returns require reliable upwind and wave skills.
