About the spot

Wiek accesses Wieker Bodden from its eastern shore. Sheltered shallow water makes the venue useful for kite lessons and freeriding. Stronger wind brings short chop, while water level controls usable depth.

The launch and entry are shared with other watersports users. Check the local centre’s zoning and avoid boats, swimmers and protected shores. Standing-depth water is neither uniformly deep nor automatically suitable for jumps or foils.
