About the spot

Ückeritz’s Achterwasser side offers sheltered riding with broad shallows. South through northwest winds suit the venue, with local tuition for learning and freeriding. A watersports centre provides courses and equipment.

Land space is much tighter than water space. Keep the centre entrance clear and coordinate launches when busy. Reeds are not alternative launch areas. Low water and other users limit jumping and foil use.
