About the spot

This sheltered bay has extensive shallows and mostly flat or choppy water. In west through northeast winds, the designated surf zone supports supervised learning and freeriding. Other tempting shallow areas are partly protected.

Summer swimmers limit usable access. The centre at the eastern campsite shore provides local guidance. Very low water limits jumping and foiling; follow the current buoy line and conservation boundaries.
