About the spot

Playas de Luceni, the southern launch on La Loteta reservoir, is an established inland spot. The club describes comparatively flat water in northwesterly Cierzo. Other shores have different wind and wave profiles; this entry specifically covers the southern spot.

Cierzo can be powerful and gusty. Reservoir levels alter the shoreline, depth and obstacles, and the ground is not a conventional sandy beach. Independent riders need controlled assisted launches and appropriate equipment. Beginners belong in the designated teaching area with an authorised instructor.

Access & local notes

Follow club rules: designated parking away from the water, no overnight stays in the reservoir basin, and keep shared launch mats clear. Leave the water for firefighting aircraft.
