About the spot

Antifer's kite area is at Saint-Jouin-Bruneval beach, south of the oil terminal. Southwest wind can arrive more strongly here than at Le Havre. Shingle at high water, sand at lower tide and major harbour structures make timing particularly important.

The spot mainly suits experienced riders. Cliff-related gusts, shorebreak and current leave little margin for uncontrolled launches. Keep outside restricted harbour waters. The nearby scenic Plage du Tilleul is a different access point and is not the beach identified here.
