About the spot

Les Trois Colonnes is on the sea-facing side of Le Barcarès along Avenue du Lido. Southeasterly Marin and southerly thermal conditions distinguish it from the flat lagoon spots. Stronger sea wind creates waves and shorebreak requiring reliable surf skills.

Northwest Tramontane can blow offshore and is not an unrestricted beginner alternative. Launch space is limited; follow the current kite zone and access corridor. Keep swimming and dune areas clear. A local school should select wind and launch location for first sessions.
