About the spot

Plage Benoît lies in the western part of La Baule Bay. Southeast through southwest are documented wind directions, with southwest preferred. Sandbanks and rising water create different freeriding and wave sections.

At high tide, buildings behind the beach disturb the airflow. Summer and additional holiday restrictions apply. Possible opening of the K13 corridor farther east does not authorise launching at Plage Benoît. Check the current decree and association information before riding. This busy town beach requires dependable upwind control and ample clearance.
