About the spot

Kitezone uses the northern end of Le Touquet's seafront beach. Low tide exposes a substantial sandy area. As water rises, pools, surf and the distance to buildings change; this remains a tidal coastal spot.

Southwest through northwest provide the usual useful conditions. The resort's swimming area is not extra kite space. Beginners should take lessons, while experienced visitors must identify the actual launch and stay clear of the Canche estuary, with its separate current and navigation hazards.
