About the spot

Saint-Jacut's eastern shore provides access to Lancieux Bay, including La Pissote. Northerly and northeasterly conditions can provide flatter freeriding water. The tide moves both the shoreline and suitable launch areas considerably; neighbouring bays are different sailing environments.

Summer restrictions depend on the beach and water level, particularly at high tide. Keep clear of rocky margins and bird protection areas at the back of the bay. Gusty southerlies and offshore drift are unsuitable as a default beginner option. Confirm the actual access locally.
