Le Steir near Penmarc’h provides an option for easterly and southeasterly winds. The local kite school uses lower tides, when calmer sections can develop. This southern beach differs from the exposed wave beaches around La Torche.

The school explicitly excludes July and August from its use. Check current seasonal rules, launching space and submerged obstacles before an independent session. Stronger wind and waves remain demanding outside summer. Flat water at low tide does not guarantee suitable conditions for unsupervised learning.
