About the spot

Tronoën lies north of the well-known La Torche surf beach and provides a separate kite section on the open Atlantic coast. Its western exposure receives wind and swell directly. Stronger seas make this a wave spot requiring dependable surf skills.

La Torche itself and groups of surfers are not spare kite space. Use the designated Tronoën access, give surfers clearance and cross dunes on paths. Lessons depend on suitable conditions; a broad sandy beach does not remove currents or shorebreak.
