About the spot

Ventilègne is a smaller enclosed bay north of Bonifacio and Corsica Kiteboarding's original location. Westerly wind is used most often. Parts of the inner bay are very shallow, while the character changes farther out.

The bay is not uniformly obstacle-free standing depth. Confirm the actual launch, remaining depth and rock clearance with the school. Strong west wind can bring demanding gusts. Organised lessons suit beginners; independent riders need a reliable return and must avoid protected shoreline areas.
