WIND FORECAST
Brook Bay – Isle of Wight
About the spot
Brook Bay lies on the exposed southwest coast of the Isle of Wight beside Compton Bay. The National Trust recommends Brook for kitesurfing to reduce conflicts with swimmers and surfers at Compton. Sand, surf and an exposed setting shape the venue.
Access is from Military Road. Check the wind angle and available beach on arrival; the visitor recommendation is not unrestricted approval for every condition or skill level.
Access & local notes
Avoid cliffs, rock shelves and other beach users. The land-manager source does not establish reliable kite wind sectors; confirm locally.
