Par on Cornwall’s south coast shelves relatively gently. Mid to low water creates shallow sections that can offer a calmer supervised introduction than the exposed Atlantic beaches.

An exceptionally demanding specialist spot for pro-level riders. Extreme spot hazards require precise control, local knowledge and agreed safety support.
