About the spot

Rhosneigr is an established wave and freeride spot on Anglesey. The main bay combines deeper riding water, waves and locally calmer sections; mid tide often offers more space than high water.

Flooding water hides rocks, and the southern end can have strong rip currents. Large swell makes this a demanding venue.

Access & local notes

Inspect rocks at low tide first. Avoid the Glan-y-Mor Road wind shadow and cramped high-water launches; follow local parking rules.
