About the spot
East Beach lies on the opposite side of the Shoebury headland from Uncle Tom’s Cabin. Its broad, gently shelving shore is used for freeride and tuition at suitable tides.
A suitable session depends on both wind and available beach space. Check where you will land later and how the tide will change during the session.

Access & local notes
Prefer low to mid tide. Check restricted areas, swimmers and the return route; high water narrows the beach.
