Cubbins Green accesses the open Dee estuary south of Marine Lake. Higher water attracts kitefoilers, but buoys, vessels and currents demand independent return planning.

Check local tidal height and the later exit before launching. Water that looks flat is not necessarily free of currents or deep enough for a long foil mast.
