The seaward beach beside Aliki wetland forms part of Aigio's kite area on the Gulf of Corinth. Local operators list it with Digeliotika and Nikoleika as alternatives for different winds. Shore waves, chop and currents demand more control than a sheltered flat-water venue.

Ride in the gulf, not inside the neighbouring bird habitat and lagoon. Swimmers also use this beach, so inspect clear launch space and return options first. Regional schools often direct first waterstarts to supervised, more suitable conditions at Cape Drepano.
