About the spot

A long beach extends south from Paralio Astros along the Argolic Gulf. Southeasterly thermals can provide freeriding with chop and small waves. Northerly conditions change the wave pattern; westerly wind comes off the land and is not straightforward kite wind despite smooth-looking water.

Busy town sections are not free launch space. Agree a sufficiently clear, currently usable section away from swimming activity with local riders. Consider stones, trees, fences and other shore obstacles when launching; beginners need arranged supervision.
