About the spot

Gomati is on Limnos' exposed north coast near the large sand dunes. Unlike sheltered Keros bay, it is primarily a wave option for experienced riders. Onshore wind and swell can produce powerful surf rather than calm, regularly supervised standing-depth water.

Discuss wind angle, wave size and a safe exit with local riders before travelling. Use existing tracks and protect dunes and vegetation. Organise rescue, a launch partner and equipment yourself; services booked at Keros do not automatically extend to this more remote beach.
