About the spot

Kastraki lies south of Mikri Vigla on Naxos' west coast. Its long sandy beach offers waves and freeriding in suitable conditions, with suitability depending on the actual wind direction. Northerly and southwesterly weather produce different wind angles and swell.

This is a separate area north of Glyfada, not another name for Glyfada's kite club. Independent riders should check the entry and clear landing routes with locals. Allow space for summer swimmers; permanent kite supervision is not confirmed here.
