About the spot

Theologos is southwest of the airport on Rhodes' west coast. Wind and chop often increase during the day, with small waves in strong Meltemi. The local station provides separate kite and windsurf sections, equipment and tuition for different levels.

The beach opens onto the sea and does not offer standing depth everywhere. Agree the launch sector, bathing boundaries and actual rescue availability before riding. Published rescue provision is tied to centre services rather than general free supervision of the whole coast.
