About the spot

Perna also catches channel winds opposite Korčula. Westerly summer maestral often produces chop and short waves. Its pebble shore is much tighter than a large sandy kite beach; trees, huts, swimmers and stored equipment constrain launching space.

The venue is therefore primarily for experienced riders using a locally agreed entry. An older spot guide describes separate kite areas on land and water. Confirm their present position on arrival; space sufficient for windsurfing does not necessarily accommodate kite lines.

Access & local notes

Confirm the current kite zone locally; avoid unsupervised beginner launches on the narrow shore.
