About the spot

Caucana on Ragusa's coast is a seasonal sandy-beach spot. The local operator recommends southeasterly Sirocco in spring and autumn. Wind strength and surf determine difficulty; beach width alone does not make it beginner-friendly.

The operator explicitly states that kitesurfing is not permitted during the summer bathing season. Outside that period, confirm entry, beach use and return with local riders. Neighbouring stretches toward Punta Secca have different obstacles and are not equivalent fallback launches.
