About the spot

Dongo provides access to the western shore of upper Lake Como. The local spot description identifies a larger lawn and relatively accessible entry. Southerly Breva supports freeriding, while stronger wind still produces lake chop.

The lawn is a shared shoreline area rather than an automatically available practice field. Establish the actual kite zone before rigging. Beginners need instruction and supervision: an easy entry replaces neither reliable upwind riding nor a recovery arrangement in deep water.

Access & local notes

Confirm the kite zone, shoreline access and launch assistance locally; avoid swimming areas.
