Fregene – Northern kite area

About the spot

Fregene's northern kite area lies towards Maccarese. Westerly to northwesterly winds can support freeriding, while southwesterly weather systems may bring stronger surf. Schools and independent riders share the usable sports sections.

During the bathing season, municipal rules permit only designated zones with an installed launch corridor. A beach name or historical kite address does not establish permission. The pin therefore provides area orientation only. Beginners need supervision; experienced riders must allow separation from swimmers and a dependable exit.
