About the spot

Frigole is an organised kite location on Salento's Adriatic side. The local centre describes a dedicated kite beach with an authorised departure corridor and recovery vehicle. The facility lies on the coastal strip between the sea and inland water behind it.

Riding takes place at sea; the nearby lake is not thereby authorised for kiting. Suitable conditions permit lessons and supported freeriding. Surf, gusts and bathing activity determine difficulty. Independent riders should confirm the active corridor and the scope of assistance before launching.
