Puzziteddu near Capo Granitola combines a sandy entry with rocky reefs on both sides. Winter fronts produce demanding wave conditions. Easterly through southerly to westerly winds can work, depending on waves and rider ability.

Summer northwesterlies have an offshore component and require confirmed recovery arrangements. The club specifically discourages kiting in due northerly wind. Beginners should take lessons in selected moderate conditions; reef riding is for experienced riders. Windsurfers and kiters share the water.
