About the spot

Talamone Bay is an established kite and teaching area in the Maremma. Shallower shoreline sections and a more sheltered setting distinguish it from Tuscany's open beaches. Usable space still depends on wind angle, water level and teaching activity.

Several watersports share the bay. Beginners can practise under supervision; independent riders need clearance from shore, lessons and other users. Strong onshore or gusty conditions complicate entry. Confirm the appropriate launch section and local operating procedure with the centre.
