About the spot

Domburg's Noordduine wave venue is for highly experienced kiters. Strong currents and surf combine with wooden groynes that may disappear beneath higher water. Controlled passage through waves and precise landing are essential.

Under Veere's rules, the designated summer area runs from access 43 Noordwaartshoofd to 48 Noordduine. Other sections have additional time restrictions during the bathing season. The name Domburg should therefore not be interpreted as permission to launch from the central swimming beach.

Access & local notes

Use summer zone 43–48; outside authorised sections, kiting is prohibited 10:00–19:00 from 1 May–15 September.
