About the spot

Elburg is a small summer Veluwemeer venue for experienced riders. Land obstacles create gusts, while posts, caravans and a limited beach leave little margin during launching. Start the kite from the water.

Register at the campsite reception before riding and obtain the local rules. No more than ten kiters may ride simultaneously. This is therefore not an unrestricted overflow launch or an appropriate place for unsupervised first attempts, even when the lake appears relatively calm.
