About the spot

The Roompot side near X-Beach provides shallower, often relatively smooth water in northerly and easterly winds. Low tide reveals a broad strip of sand; rising water changes both the depth and the available shore space.

Sharp oysters and shells make footwear advisable. The nearby navigation channel is not part of the kite area. Suitable conditions support supervised learning and freeriding, with tide and boundaries checked first. Reaching the launch involves a walk from the parking area.
