About the spot

Hoek van de Bant is a restricted summer kite area, open from June through September. Much of the riding area is deep, while the small grassy launch leaves limited room for mistakes. Independent upwind riding and self-rescue skills are necessary.

The existing zone is awkward to reach from shore. A proposed rotation of its boundaries is not an approved extension. Follow the buoys actually in place and current local guidance rather than a future layout discussed online.
