About the spot

Oostvoorne's North Sea beach offers extensive shallows and relatively flat water at suitable tide levels, making it useful for freeriding and supervised lessons. It is entirely different from the deep Oostvoornse Meer behind the dike.

Reaching the launch involves a longer walk. Low water exposes a broad beach, while high tide greatly reduces launching room. Nearby protected habitat is neither an access shortcut nor a riding area. Follow the yellow buoys and local signs defining the permitted zone.
