The area near KZVS lies north of beach access 34. Water deepens quickly, with North Sea surf, rips and partly submerged groynes requiring experience. Confident wave riders can find varied conditions.

Other watersports users and beach visitors share the location. Catamarans, swimmers and dogs can quickly change an apparently clear launch area. Riders without a dependable return through surf should not practise alone here. Wind and tide must leave a safe landing inside the authorised section.
