About the spot

Warder is a seasonal Markermeer launch with a small shell beach. Suitable northerly or easterly angles support freeriding, while stronger winds can produce considerable chop. Footwear protects against the sharp bottom.

Launch towards the water rather than across the grass. Shore works have previously changed access, so inspect present obstacles and clear space. The constrained launch makes organised preparation and experienced assistance more important than at a broad sandy beach. Do not assume an older access description still matches the shore.
